I want to thank you for taking care of your customers. When we called you to fix the squeak in the air conditioner, you did that promptly and mentioned that a part may be under warranty. As a customer we told you as far as we were concerned it was fixed, you did a wonderful job and the squeak was gone, never to return. You went beyond what we expected, contacted the manufacturer and had the warranteed part sent. I know you spent some time doing this at your expense, and then returned a month later to install it. I really feel that you went above and beyond to help us out and find a fix that will benefit us into the future.
